Support for the Preparation of the First National Communication on Climate Change

The general objective of the project is facilitating the preparation of the First National Communication of Venezuela, in conformity with Art. 12.5 of the UNFCCC and pursuant to the guidelines associated with the preparation of the national Communications for the Parties of Non- Annex I of the Convention, contained in decisions 10/CP.2 and 8/CP.5.
