Capacity Building for Implementation of the Cartagena Protocol

The major objective of the project proposal is to strengthen the capacity of biosafety regulatory framework, institutions and stakeholder groups in India, for effective implementation of the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety, including the assessment, management and monitoring of LMOs and their potential risks to environment and human health.
