International Assessment of Agricultural Science and Technology for Development (IAASTD)

The proposed International Assessment of Agricultural Science and Technology for Development (IAASTD) is a targeted research project to undertake global and sub-global assessments of the role of agricultural science and technology in reducing hunger and poverty, improving rural livelihoods, and facilitating equitable, environmentally, socially and economically sustainable development.
