To eliminate risks from POPs and other obsolete pesticides in Eritrea through the use of sound environmental management methods to dispose of existing stocks and prevent further accumulation of POPs and obsolete pesticides. This will result in the reduced exposure of farmers, consumers and the public to obsolete pesticides
