Disposal of Obsolete Pesticides including POPs and Strengthening Pesticide Management in the Permanent Interstate Committee for Drought Control in the Sahel (CILSS) Member States

To eliminate existing obsolete pesticides, including POPs and associated wastes, and to strengthen the capacity for sound pesticides management in order to prevent future accumulation in the nine participating CILSS countries.
