Implementation of the National Biosafety Framework in Venezuela in Accordance to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety

Establish a platform of legislative, regulatory, social and infrastructure to implement the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety of biotechnology in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, in order to contribute to the global conservation and sustainable use of biodiversity.
