Technical Assistance to the Centre for Energy Conservation

Project enables Peruvian NGO to become fully-functioning regional training centre which, among other activities, will develop program of emission control for Lima. Emissions control workshops and study tours will build upon energy audits and efficiency demonstrations already conducted successfully.
