Preparation of Initial National Communication for the Implementation of the UNFCCCC

In view of the current UNDP/GEF Capacity Building project, it has been agreed by UNDP and UNEP that all technical data and analysis in GHG inventories, vulnerability assessment, mitigation and adaptation options will be undertaken by the UNDP/GEF Capacity Building Project RAF/93/631, while this project will only carry out the two other activities.
