Elaboration of the Second National Communication on Biodiversity for the Conference of Parties in 2001

The main objective of the add-on request is to assist the Government of Cape Verde in the preparation of its second national communication to be submitted to the Conference of the Parties (COP) in May 2001, in accordance with the decision of the last COP.
