Second National Communication of Peru to the UNFCCC

The development objective of this project is to enhance national capacities and facilitate the process of mainstreaming climate change issues into national development and poverty reduction processes. This will enable Peru to cope with climate change and to address this challenge from an environmental and sustainable development perspective.
