To strengthen Tuvalu’s transition to sustainable, inclusive, and climate-resilient rural electrification by establishing, capitalizing and piloting a national rural electrification fund as a financing mechanism to coordinate and pool investments and introduce an innovative joint venture delivery model for decentralized renewable energy systems.
