Removal of the policy, technical and financial barriers to energy-efficient applications and solar photovoltaic technologies in Dominica’s streets, outdoor areas and public buildings nationwide, initially targeting up to 5 communities including Dubic, Boetica, Roseau, Portstmouth, for further scale up.
