Project Objective: To strengthen institutional and technical capacities in the Agriculture, Forestry and Other Land Use (AFOLU) sector to establish the Measurement, Reporting and Verification (MRV) system, improve the quality of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) inventories and monitor progress in achieving the Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) to comply with the Enhanced Transparency Framework (ETF) under the Paris Agreement.<br>
