Expected outcome
- OUTPUT 1: Inter-agency technical unit for analytical coordination to support national authorities in relation to the measurement of mercury stocks and assessment of contaminated sites established
- OUTPUT 2: Capabilities to measure mercury stocks in the trade and the production centres, as well as in research institutions enhanced
- OUTPUT 3: Training for decision-makers to improve information and communication on mercury risks and management delivered, awareness among stakeholders and the general public raised, and project experiences shared with other Latin American and Caribbean countries
