Implementation of Projects Prioritized by the Sustainable and Emerging Cities Program in Three Mexican Cities

Enhance the mitigation and adaptation capacities in three Mexican cities (Xalapa, La Paz and Campeche) through the preparation and implementation of projects prioritized in the Emerging and Sustainable Cities Program (ESC)Action Plans for clean energy, waste management and water and sanitation sectors, and the development of policies to allow its replicability.
