Enabling Malawi to Prepare its First National Communication in Response to its Commitments to UNFCCC

The project will enable Malawi to meets its reporting obligations under the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. The relationship of this project to the work undertaken with the support of the US Country Studies Programme (USCSP) have been emphasized.
