BS Support the Implementation of the National Biosafety Framework of LAO PDR

The project aims to assist Lao PDR to have a workable and transparent National Biosafety Framework by 2010, to fulfill its National Socio-economic Development Plan and implement its obligations as a Party to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety.
