Assessment of Capacity Building Needs and Country Specific Priorities in the Conservation of Biodiversity, and Participation in the National Clearing House Mechanism -

The objectives of the current proposal are: 1.To enable the National CBD Focal Point to undertake the necessary consultations for the preparation of the Second National Report; and 2.To complete a capacity needs assessment for the effective implementation of CBD Article 8j in Colombia.
