How mercury science drives policy towards mercury-free ASGM

On Wednesday 2 November: 13h00-14h30 CET, the Secretariat of the Minamata Convention co-organizes with the International Conference on Mercury as a Global Pollutant (ICMGP) a series of Minamata Online sessions. The authors of four ICMGP synthesis papers, to be published in early 2023, will present on key topics of mercury science. The first of these four sessions will focus on artisanal and small-scale gold mining - How mercury science can drive policy towards mercury-free ASGM.
