Brown Bag meeting with the Executive Secretary

This meeting seeks to continue the productive informal dialogue between the Executive Secretary and civil society groups working towards the implementation of the Convention. The scheduled meeting is the first to be held intersessionally and seeks to broaden meeting participation to include major groups and interested civil society groups. The meeting is an opportunity to exchange information, which will include updates from the Secretariat on the intersessional work prior to COP-6 and on activities undertaken by NGOs, rights holders, major groups, and other civil society groups, on the many aspects of the Minamata Convention on Mercury.
