Invitation regarding the effectiveness evaluation of the Minamata Convention on Mercury

In its decision MC-5/14 on the first effectiveness evaluation of the Minamata Convention on Mercury, the Conference of the Parties to the Minamata Convention (COP) established the Effectiveness Evaluation Group to work in accordance with the terms of reference outlined in annex I to the decision and reproduced in annex 1 to the present letter.
